We’re standing on a small hill, holding—what else?—a pink gin and tonic. A warm breeze caresses our skin. But there, standing there, is a large, pink refrigerator. “Please help yourself” prompts us to open it and take out some deliciously cold water. We then enjoy it in true style on (of course) pink chairs. In the middle of nowhere. This introduction gives us hope for a special place to stay, and we’re not disappointed. As if out of nowhere, a cluster of low-rise buildings suddenly appears. The lodge seems to be one with the surrounding landscape, blending seamlessly into nature.
Here, too, the rosy hue that enchants the countryside every evening is reflected in the ambiance.
The staff also wears pink shirts, and small pink accessories add a pop of color to the earth tones. Originality meets ecological sensitivity; luxury blends with authenticity.
